The DCT 800 is our newly developed Directional Coiled Tubing unit for Horizontal Directional Drilling. The DCT 800 provides a faster, more convenient directional drilling system for installing underground utilities and river crossing projects, resulting in increased productivity.
A self-contained trenchless device mounted
on tracks for on-site maneuverability, the
DCT 800 design incorporates components of conventional coiled tube drilling with current utility drilling technology. The DCT 800 applies this same technology to the trenchless construction and river crossing fields.
The 800 is rated at 80,000 pounds of pull back capability as a minimum. The unit is self-contained with an onboard triplex pump rated at 240 gpm @ 1000 psi. Upgrade options are available, based on the customer’s request.
